Less than 10 minutes from Disney World and close to all other Central Florida attractions. This luxurious villa boasts beautiful interior decor and very high quality furnishings throughout. Surrounded by landscaped gardens, it is in the Windwood Bay community, close to the Championsgate championship golf courses. The South facing pool enjoys the beautiful Florida sunshine to the maximum. The pool area has plenty of space to soak up the sun, helping you to relax after a long day at the parks and has landscaping and mood lighting to suit!

The Championsgate area is one of the most convenient and sought after locations for all major Orlando theme parks and is ideally situated for enjoying much of Central Florida with easy access to either coast. There are restaurants/bars/supermarkets less than 3 minutes' drive away. The villa has had complete flooring throughout, to include carpets and large modern tiling.

Pool & Spa

The oversized South facing pool is fully screened to keep the bugs out and has multi-coloured led lighting as well as shaded lanai area for outdoor dining. The large pool with Spa (approximately 15 x 30) is heated and a large table seats eight for dining and an overhead fan to keep you cool. Six sun loungers are available as well as other seating and a gas barbecue also. The pool has a 6ft privacy fence fully enclosing the rear garden, with decorative planting and lighting for the relaxing evenings around the pool, whilst allowing full use all of the sunshine you would want on holiday.

Family Room

The living room has a 50" LCD cable TV with DVD Blueray player and a stainless Steel overhead fan.

Kitchen

The spacious kitchen has granite work surfaces and is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances - dishwasher, microwave, cooker, fridge, icemaker and water dispenser, all utensils and appliances including kettle, toaster, blender and coffee maker. Double sink with garbage disposal unit and Breakfast bar with bar stools.

There is also an 8 seater breakfast table, ideal to get the family fed before a day of adventure!

Utility Room / Cloakroom

The utility room is equipped with washer and tumble dryer, having a large shelved area for storage, whilst giving access to the double garage / games room with air hockey, table football and darts, but still having enough space for a car also.

The second master suite has a King Bed, bedside cabinet, fitted closet, wall mounted TV, overhead fan and an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, wash basin, mirror, WC and hairdryer.

The third bedroom has a Queen Bed, bedside cabinet, fitted closet, wall mounted TV, overhead fan.

Bedroom 4

The fourth bedroom has Twin beds, bedside cabinet, fitted closet and wall mounted TV. The room also has an overhead fan.

Bedroom 5

The fifth has a Queen size bed, bedside cabinets, built in closet, 32" TV and overhead fan; en-suite bathroom with wash basin, vanity unit, mirror, large walk in shower enclosure, hairdryer and WC, and direct access to the pool area.

Family Bathroom

With a shower over the bath and twin wash basins and vanity mirrors, a large storage cabinet, WC and hairdryer.
